For Medical Societies & Hospitals

A hospital performs at the level of its clinicians.

Individual digital gaps compound. When clinicians share a common framework — the same vocabulary, the same foundational concepts — workflows improve measurably. Think of driving: every driver has passed the same test, internalised the same rules. That shared standard is what makes traffic function. ODEON is that standard for digital health.

01
Baseline your clinicians

Deploy the DHSAT across your clinical staff. Results are aggregated and anonymised. No disruption to operations. A whole-institution baseline — by department, by role — in days.

02
Know where the risk is

Domain-level scores reveal where gaps are concentrated — cybersecurity, AI literacy, data governance. 82% of EU healthcare data breaches involve human error or undertrained clinicians. See exactly which teams need to act first.

03
Close the gaps systematically

Enrol cohorts into the relevant L1–L3 modules. CME-credited. Self-paced. Progress tracked and reported centrally. The performance of a clinical setting is the sum of its clinicians' performances.

🇪🇺 🇬🇷 HIMSS EMRAM · National Assessment
Like other EU countries, Greece has now assessed the digital maturity of its hospitals nationally via HIMSS EMRAM.

EMRAM scores reflect how digitally mature a hospital is as a system — how well it has adopted digital tools and processes at an organisational level. It measures the institution, not the clinicians working within it. A hospital can score highly on EMRAM and still have a clinical workforce that lacks the competencies to use those systems effectively. ODEON addresses the human gap in this equation.

Institutional Analytics

"Know where your clinicians stand. Track how they improve."

As institutions enrol, ODEON builds Greece's first national dataset of clinical digital competence — and the first EU-level benchmark. Institutional reports are the documented evidence base for EU funding applications.

Behind every institutional score is an individual clinician. The three reasons below explain what that means in practice.

What works at ward level scales to hospital level. What works at hospital level scales nationally. Greece's EMRAM results create a unique moment — the first time an entire country's hospital infrastructure has been measured against a single international standard. ODEON provides the clinical workforce layer that makes those results actionable.

It all starts with clinicians

Three reasons clinicians need this now

Making technology work for you and your patients.

01

There's a measurable gap between clinicians who are confident with technology and those who aren't — and patients feel it.

The difference isn't talent or dedication. It's preparation. Clinicians who navigate digital systems fluently spend more time with patients, make fewer documentation errors, and engage more effectively with AI-assisted tools. Those who don't, compensate — and compensation has a cost.

Clinician digital competence is now a direct determinant of clinical outcomes. — WHO, OECD 2023
02

You're losing hours you can't afford to lose.

Avoidable friction with digital systems costs clinicians 3–5 hours every week. That's time in front of a screen instead of a patient — not because the tools are bad, but because the preparation never came.

EHR satisfaction gains from better preparation correlate with an 18.8% reduction in burnout risk. — Frontiers in Public Health 2025
03

The rules changed quietly. The accountability didn't.

New EU frameworks — on AI, data, and cybersecurity — have attached real professional obligations to individual clinicians. Most haven't been told. ODEON teaches the reasoning behind the rules, not the rules themselves.
